Sizing: Dr. Martens only come in whole sizes and run big. If you usually wear a half size, we recommend going with the whole size below it. If you usually wear a whole size, we recommend sticking with that size.

Distressed leather for stress-free wear. We’ve remixed our comfortable 8053 shoe using rugged Crazy Horse leather — and it stands taller on our platform Quad sole. The shoe is stacked with details from heel to toe, including antique brass eyelets, hiker-inspired laces, contrast stitching, and a notched welt. The two-tone sole is marked with our grooving pattern and yellow welt stitching.

The Quad sole was built to empower as the original DM’s platform, the sole standing at 1.5 in (~3.8 cm) with a heel height of 1.875 in (~4.75 cm) and a chunky commando tread. Made with Goodyear-welted lines that are heat-sealed at 700˚C and reinforced with the iconic yellow DM welt stitch.
